Budget Frozen Meal Prep

Our Frozen meals option is a choice of balanced meals for everyone. It provides about 400 kcal per dish and approx. 30g of protein, which allows you to stay full for a long time. The optimal amount of protein allows you to maintain all physiological processes at the appropriate level. It will work both for people who want to lose unnecessary kilograms and build muscle mass. It’s a great choice for everyone who wants to control the amount of energy consumed, the amount of protein and the quality of meals.

• Noodles with chicken and vegetables
• Pasta a`la Carbonara with chicken
• Butter chicken with rice
• Curry chicken with rice
• Chili con carne

❄️ Meals are frozen and the expiration date is up to 3 months from production date. ❄️

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat from frozen, based on 700w microwave oven (for other power settings adjust accordingly). Cook on full power for 5 mins, stir and cook for a further 1 min. Ensure that the contents are hot, wait for a minute and enjoy!
